| Due to the effect the Coronavirus pandemic is having on manufacturing, many of our manufacturers are having a difficult time keeping up with the demand due to labor shortages, raw good shortages, trucking limitations and production changes necessary to maintain social distancing just to name a few. | Cabinets | |
| Aristokraft has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on July 30, 2021. Due to current market conditions, all cabinet manufacturers have announced a 10-12 week lead time once the order has been placed and confirmed by manufacturer. | |
| Cement | |
| Quikcrete has announced a price increase of approximately 3% on concrete mix. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on July 1, 2021. | |
| Decking | |
| Starborn has announced a price increase of approximately 3% on all fasteners. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on July 12, 2021. | |
| Doors | |
| Andersen has announced they will be increasing their storm door lead time for custom and made to order MTO storm doors (doors not stocked in our ALI’s which are MTO/Custom) from 14 production days to 24 days (6 to 7 weeks with shipping/delivery). Marvin had announced a price increase of approximately 3-6 %. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on June 21, 2021. Signature – 6% Essential – 3 % Elevate – 3% Plygem has announced a price increase of approximately 15% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on July 31, 2021. Reeb has announced a price increase of approximately 9% on all Therma-Tru products and approximately 3% on all exterior wood products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on September 1, 2021. Silverline has announced a price increase of approximately 15% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on July 31, 2021. Simonton has announced a price increase of approximately 15% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on July 31, 2021. Viwinco has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all doors and accessories. | Intex had announced a price increase of approximately 7% on all products and accessories. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on June 21, 2021. Reeb has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all HB&G products and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on September 1, 2021. | |

| Simpson Strong-Tie has announced a price increase of approximately 5-35% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 16, 2021. | |

| CertainTeed Roofing has announced a production suspension for the following shingle lines effective July 1, 2021: Carriage House, Grand Manor, Highland Slate, Presidential TL, Shangle Ridge, High Performance Starter, and Universal Starter. GAF has announced they will only be producing these colors starting July: Timberline HDZ: Charcoal, Weathered Wood, Pewter, Bark, Slate, Fox Hollow; Natural Shadow: Charcoal, Weathered Wood; Royal Sovereign: Charcoal, Weathered Gray Tamko has announced a price increase of approximately 6% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on July 6, 2021. | |

| CertainTeed Siding has announced that effective immediately these products will still be temporary suspended: Monogram: Arbor Blend, Cedar Blend, Driftwood Blend, Frontier Blend, Natural Blend, Rustic Blend, Weathered Blend; Cedarboards: Autumn Red, Sable Brown, Spruce; Restoration Classic: Autumn Red, Charcoal Gray, Espresso, Flagstone, Forest, Hearthstone, Melrose, midnight Blue, Mountain Cedar, Olive Grove, pacific Blue, Sable Brown, Slate, Spruce; Mainstreet: Buckskin, Castle Stone, Cypress, Oxford Blue, Seagrass, Autumn Red, Charcoal Gray, Flagstone, Forest, Hearthstone, Pacific Blue, Sable Brown, Spruce; Encore: Buckskin, Castle Stone, Cypress, Oxford Blue, Seagrass Gentek had announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all their aluminum and steel products effective immediately. Geocel has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all products. We will adjust our prices with effective with shipments on August 1, 2021. James Hardie has announced Cemplank pricing is increasing approximately 30%, effective with new orders on July 7, 2021. Mid America has announced a price increase of approximately 8% on all shutters and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on July 2, 2021. Windows Andersen had announced two new product enhancements to their product line: new black high corrosion resistant hinge option on all A-series patio doors and new and improved interior finish on their 200 series Narroline patio doors. Marvin had announced a price increase of approximately 3-6 %. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on June 21, 2021. Signature – 6% Essential – 3 % Elevate – 3% MI Windows and Doors has announced they have discontinued offering 4-9/16 & 6-9/16 wood jambs. They have also announced they are now offering black paint on interior and exterior 1620 & 1630 products. Plygem has announced a price increase of approximately 15% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on July 31, 2021. Silverline has announced a price increase of approximately 15% on all products.
