Azek has announced a price increase of approximately 3% on all Decking. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 17, 2025. MoistureShield has announced a price increase of approximately 3-10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2025. |

| Amarr announced a price increase of approximately 6% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 12, 2025. Jeld-Wen Window and Doors had announced a price increase of approximately 1-3% on all products. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on March 18, 2025. Larson has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 21, 2025. MI Windows and Doors has announced the introduction of the black laminate/black paint on V3000 Series products. This color combination is available on the 1615/1617 Sliding glass Door models. MMI Windows and Doors had announced a price increase of approximately 1-12% on all products. We adjusted or prices effective with shipments on March 25, 2025. Viwinco has announced that the Midnight Black and Brown laminate colors for 650 Doors are now available. |

| Prime Source has announced a price increase of approximately 5-45% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 4, 2025. FastenMaster has announced a price increase of approximately 8-10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2025. |

| Versico has announced a price increase of approximately 10-18% on all fasteners and metal products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2025. |

| Atlas has announced a price increase of approximately 7-10% on all shingles and accessory products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2025. CertainTeed Roofing has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all residential roofing products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2025. GAF has announced a price increase of approximately 6-10% on all residential roofing products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2025. GAF has also announced effective March 24, 2025, a Do-Not-Mix on Natural Shadow Timberline HDZ, Ultra HDZ, and Timberline NS. Lomanco has announced a price increase of approximately 5-10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 1, 2025. Owens Corning has announced a price increase of approximately 7-10% on all residential roofing products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2025. The Pitch Hopper has announced a price increase of approximately 3-5% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 21, 2025. |

| Berger had announced a price increase of approximately 14-16% on all steel and 8-10% on all aluminum products. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on March 31, 2025. Dupont announced a price increase of approximately 5-7% on all Flashing and Tyvek Tape. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 14, 2025. Skylights Velux has announced effective April 7, 2025, remote-controlled solar-powered shades will be included as a standard in most Velux glass skylights. Velux Skylight Systems will be available in fixed and venting models, as well as in curb-mount, deck-mount and self-flashed installation configurations. |

Jeld-Wen Windows and Doors had announced a price increase of approximately 1-3% on all products. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on March 18, 2025.
MI Windows and Doors has announced the introduction of the black laminate/black paint on V3000 Series products. This color combination is available on the 1650 Double Hung, 1675 Casement, 1665 Awning, 1685 Double Slide, and the 1650 Picture Window. MI Windows and Doors had also announced the new black laminate J-Channel option for their V2000 Series on models 3500/3540, 3500PW/3540PW and 3500/3540SP.
