| MI Windows and Doors has announced the introduction of the black laminate/black paint on V3000 Series products. This color combination is available on the 1650 Double Hung, 1675 Casement, 1665 Awning, 1685 Double Slide, 1650 Picture Window, and 1615/1617 Sliding glass Door models. Provia has announced several new product features and marketing enhancements: Expand color palettes with 25 new stain and paint finished to align with home design trendsNew glass options, including new Art Glass designs and black internal blindsAddition of Matte Coal Black Endure hopper window with coordinating hardware Coal Black Tuftex Smooth Cladding Provia has also announced the extended lead times on all windows with laminate. Provia customers will now be able to purchase all black patio doors as part of their Endure product line. |

| Atlas has announced a price increase of approximately 5-7% on all shingle and accessory products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 1, 2024. CertainTeed Roofing has announced a price increase of approximately 6% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 1, 2024. GAF has announced a price increase of approximately 4-6% on all residential roofing products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 1, 2024. Owens Corning announced a price increase of approximately 5-7% on all shingle and roofing accessory products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 1, 2024. |

| Certainteed has announced a continued suspension of the following siding panel colors. The Cedar Impression product family is not impacted by this suspension. All colors remain available in the Cedar Impressions family. This color combination is available on the 1650 Double Hung, 1675 Casement, 1665 Awning, 1685 Double Slide, 1650 Picture Window, and 1615/1617 Sliding glass Door models. MI Windows and Doors had also announced the new black laminate J-Channel option for their V2000 Series on models 3500/3540, 3500PW/3540PW and 3500/3540SP.
Provia has announced several new product features and marketing enhancements:
